Role Objective
Ensure every customer experiences a professional, responsive, and organized journey from the first enquiry through project completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Keep customers updated throughout the project.
Sales Support
- Prepare quotations and BOQs.
- Maintain lead tracker and CRM.
- Coordinate proposal submissions and revisions.
Vendor & Procurement
- Obtain quotations from vendors.
- Coordinate purchase orders and deliveries.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships.
Business Operations
- Organize project documentation.
- Track invoices and payments.
- Maintain project files and records.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate Google Reviews.
- Update Instagram and social media.
- Coordinate photography of completed projects.
- Support website content updates.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Excel & Google Workspace
- Good organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Work Schedule
- Monday: Weekly Off
- Tuesday: Office
- Wednesday: Vendor coordination & customer follow-ups
- Thursday: Office
- Friday: Vendor coordination & customer follow-ups
- Saturday: Client meetings
- Sunday: Flexible based on project requirements
Success Metrics
- Lead response within 24 hours
- Quotations sent within 48 hours
- Customer follow-up completion

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
