About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and patient-focused Staff Nurse to join our dermatology and aesthetic clinic. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in clinical dermatology, cosmetic procedures, and patient care. Training will be provided for clinic-specific procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during dermatology consultations and minor procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain strict infection control protocols.
- Assist with aesthetic and dermatology procedures such as laser treatments, PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, and minor surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure proper handling of medical equipment.
- Educate patients regarding pre-procedure and post-procedure care.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and report stock requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
- Follow clinic protocols, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality at all times.
Eligibility
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (GNM or B.Sc. Nursing).
- Registered Nurse certification is preferred.
- 0–1 year of clinical experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a patient-centered approach.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.
