Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead - Sales & Growth with strong communication and sales acumen and proven experience in selling digital advertising solutions across mobile and web platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with digital media houses, ad networks, or digital agencies, managing relationships with leading media agencies and direct brands in both Indian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital ad sales revenue across performance and branding campaigns for mobile and web platforms
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with top digital media agencies and direct advertisers
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients across geographies
- Pitch end-to-end digital advertising solutions including branding, performance, and programmatic campaigns
- Manage the complete sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination
- Work closely with internal delivery, operations, and campaign management teams to ensure smooth execution
- Negotiate commercials, pricing models, and campaign structures to maximize profitability
- Maintain strong client servicing standards with excellent follow-ups and relationship management
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and evolving digital advertising ecosystems
Required Skills & Expertise
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
- Proven experience in selling both performance and branding campaigns

- Display Advertising
- DSPs & RTB Platforms
- Programmatic Buying
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- In-App Advertising
- Video Advertising
- Email Marketing, SMS & RCS
- Ability to handle large agency accounts and enterprise-level clients
- Strong client management and stakeholder coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital ad sales
- Prior experience working with a digital media house, ad network, digital agency, or publisher
- Experience handling India and international clients
- Exposure to both agency sales and direct brand sales is mandatory

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
