We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Associate to manage customer interactions and support sales growth. The candidate will handle enquiries, assist customers, generate leads, and ensure smooth customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls and other channels.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities.
- Generate leads and conduct follow-ups.
- Assist customers during the purchase process.
- Maintain customer and sales databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily sales and customer service reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
