About the Team:
You’ll be part of the Adoption & Value Realization team, focused on helping customers successfully adopt UKG solutions and achieve measurable business outcomes. This team partners closely with sales, services, and customer success to guide organizations through change, improve readiness, and maximize long-term value.
About the Role:
You’ll lead organizational change management and user adoption efforts for customers in India while supporting global engagements that require in-region expertise. Your work will help customers accelerate adoption, improve readiness, and realize value from their investment.
You’ll lead change management and user adoption initiatives across customer engagements
You’ll partner with sales, solution consulting, and services teams to support deal strategy and position adoption services
You’ll deliver consulting focused on stakeholder alignment, communications, training adoption, and change impact mitigation
You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to integrate adoption strategies into implementation and post-go-live plans
You’ll develop scalable frameworks, tools, and reusable assets to strengthen adoption capabilities in the region
You’ll improve customer adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value through structured change strategies
You’ll provide insights to leadership on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities to expand adoption services
About You:
Basic Qualifications:
You have experience in change management, user adoption, enablement, consulting, or a related customer-facing role
You have supported enterprise customers through transformation, implementation, or adoption initiatives
You collaborate effectively with pre-sales and delivery teams in a services or consulting environment
You communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across different levels of an organization
You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in change management such as Prosci or similar methodology
Experience working in software-as-a-service, human capital management, or enterprise software environments
Experience supporting large or strategic customer engagements
Background in organizational transformation, adoption strategy, or post-go-live optimization
