Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while meeting project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage material requirements, inventory, and site resources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and site reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in site execution, supervision, and construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and billing.
- Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
