About Us
MEEOW is a girls’ kidswear brand specializing in stylish, high-quality apparel for children. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to join our growing team and help manage the complete production cycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate garment production from sampling to final dispatch.
* Follow up with fabric, trim, embroidery, printing, and stitching vendors.
* Ensure timely approvals for samples and production.
* Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
* Coordinate with the design and production teams.
* Maintain purchase orders, production reports, and Excel trackers.
* Handle fabric and trim consumption, order planning, and inventory coordination.
* Conduct quality follow-ups during production.
* Resolve production issues and communicate updates proactively.
Requirements
* minimum 2 years of experience in garment merchandising or production merchandising.
* Experience in kidswear, women’s wear, or western apparel is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, printing, embroidery, and garment construction.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong organizational skills.
Preferred
* Experience working with apparel manufacturers or fashion brands.
* Knowledge of costing and production planning.
* Familiarity with export or domestic garment production processes.
