Broad outline of the Role
- Responsible for managing end-to-end IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of all systems. This includes maintaining and supporting network infrastructure, server environments, and security tools and programs to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
- Testing, validating, and monitoring Network Management Systems (NMS) and AAA services (RADIUS/TACACS+) in both lab and production environments to ensure accurate monitoring, reliable authentication flows, and stable network operations.
- Perform Linux-based server management including installation, configuration, patching, and basic troubleshooting
- Create and maintain lab environments for proof of concept (POC), testing, and validation of new features or integrations
- Integration of network devices (current & upcoming) into various IT Systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) for deployments, troubleshooting, and operational support

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Engineering degree( BE/ B. Tech ) in Information Technology/Computer Science/E & TC with 2-3 years of experience
Other Knowledge & Skills
- Experience in network maintenance/ migrations/enhancements
- Scripting Languages - Python (Basic)
- Database - Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Open-source monitoring tools - Zabbix, Grafana etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Knowledge of RF concepts and NMS monitoring, along with understanding of networking protocols such as SNMP and other integration/API-based communication protocols used for device monitoring and management.
- Experience with AAA services such as FreeRADIUS / DaloRadius and TACACS+ for authentication, authorization, and accounting workflows.
- Identify security risks and mitigate vulnerabilities across devices and server environments.
- Linux server administration including service management, application installation and maintenance, along with basic troubleshooting to ensure stable and reliable system operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and interact with diverse teams and stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing priorities and consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
