Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with strong expertise in Creo for designing and developing HVAC systems for automotive, industrial, or engineering applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in 3D modeling, HVAC packaging, duct routing, and engineering drawings while working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop HVAC components and assemblies using Creo.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform HVAC packaging, duct routing, and component layout.
- Develop sheet metal, plastic, and molded parts related to HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, design standards, and GD&T requirements.
- Coordinate with design, simulation, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
- Conduct design reviews and implement engineering change requests (ECR/ECO).
- Resolve design issues and support prototype and production activities.
- Prepare BOMs and maintain engineering documentation in PLM systems.
- Support product validation and continuous design improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Creo Parametric.
- Experience in HVAC system design and component development.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling, assembly design, and detailing.
- Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards.
- Experience in sheet metal, plastic part design, and duct routing.
- Knowledge of BOM creation and Engineering Change Management.
Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
