Job Responsibilities:
- Design domestic and international tour packages (both customized and fixed departure)
- Plan detailed itineraries — day-wise schedule covering sightseeing, hotels, transport, and meals
- Apply strong destination knowledge — popular as well as offbeat locations (pilgrimage circuits, hill stations, international destinations)
- Coordinate with vendors — hotels, transporters, local guides, DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
- Prepare package costing and pricing
- Understand client requirements and customize packages as per their budget
- Handle basic visa, travel insurance, and forex information (for international packages)
- Manage supplier negotiations and maintain rate contracts
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tour/travel industry (specifically in package planning)
- Familiarity with itinerary planning tools (Excel or travel CRM software)
- Strong destination knowledge — India plus key international destinations (Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East, etc., depending on what your company offers)
- Good communication skills — client handling and vendor negotiation
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word
- Fluency in local language plus Hindi/English
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
