About this role:
We are looking for a confident and persuasive Customer Relations Officer to support our outbound sales efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our programs and services, clearly explaining their benefits, addressing queries, and guiding prospects through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Take care of the provided calling devices (mobile phones) and receive incoming calls
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and databases
- Introduce and clearly explain our courses/services, highlighting key benefits and value propositions
- Learn & upskill effective sales techniques through online or offline training.
- Understand customer needs, answer queries, and handle objections confidently
Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service or educational counseling
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with students and parents
- Active listening to accurately assess educational goals and concerns
- Strong conflict resolution and grievance handling abilities
- High emotional intelligence and patience for managing sensitive situations
- Fluency in both English and local regional languages
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets related to student retention and lead conversion
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
