We are now looking for an HR Executive
Location: Colaba, Bandra Mumbai
Qualification: MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in end-to-end HR Operations & Recruitment
Industry Preference: Hospitality / Retail / F&B
Language: Hindi - Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding & Manpower Management
Handle end-to-end recruitment for café, corporate, and operations roles
Manage salary negotiations, offer release, and appointment letters
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain accurate employee master data and documentation in HRMS
Manage attendance, leave administration, shift rosters, and regularization
Payroll, Compliance & Statutory Coordination
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance
Manage Full & Final settlements, exit clearances, and recoveries
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan and execute employee engagement and wellness initiatives
Performance, Training & HR Initiatives
Support performance management processes and appraisal cycles
Coordinate training programs, induction sessions, and Administrative & Support Responsibilities
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (ZingHR)
Hospitality / Retail / F&B industry exposure preferred

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
