*Job Description - Finance Head*
*Required Experience - 8 to 15 years*
*Roles and Responsibilities:*
*Commercial Strategy & Development:*
- Develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable contracts and revenue generation.
- Supervise Data Entry, Accounting, Documentation, Invoices, Reconciliation, Monthly MIS.
- Check valuation working, provide inputs, and assist in funding requirements.
- Conduct weekly financial meetings. Ensure immediate action on financial matters. Make policy plans for growth. Assess ratio variance.
- New advisory on project deals, financial evaluation, negotiations, and closing.
- Prepare budgets and compare with actuals.
*- Financial Management & Control:*
- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor KPIs and track progress against targets.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, SOPs, reporting structure, and follow-ups with reminders.
- Prepare yearly financial plans, estimations, and targets.
- Ensure laws, GST rules, compliances, statutory dues, and notices are handled on time.
- Check documentation and audit trail. Assist in internal and statutory audits, including invoice bookings.
- Review legal agreements for financial inflow and outflow. Supervise records on shared drives, monitor weekly updates, ensure backup support and confidentiality.
*Strategic Decision Support:*
- Provide financial advice and guidance on strategic decisions, investments, and business opportunities and Evaluate business opportunities and financial implications.
- Review legal cases, status, planning, and group policies.
- Focus on preventive measures, risk management, financial controls, compliance, and due diligence.
- Evaluate business entry and exit opportunities.
- Review agreements, business documents, and market knowledge from business publications and reports.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and review applicable rules and regulations.
- Research and advice on pricing strategies for competitiveness and profitability.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
