JOB TITLE: JOB CLOSING & INVOICING SPECIALIST (Spanish)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the consistency of information and costs collected in Work Orders (Spare Parts, Labor, and Other Expenses), raising formal objections with third parties when nonconformities are discovered.
- Close Work Orders by the set deadlines, in accordance with Company Accounting and After Sales Policies.
- Identify and manage system errors that may occur during the process (either directly fixing them or escalating them to the relevant departments).
- Manage the invoicing process: generating invoices related to chargeable activities and managing payment methods, credit notes, and returns.
- Contribute to the data accuracy of the Accounts and Installed Base by managing requests for modifications and updates.
- Assist with all other After Sales administrative tasks in line with demands.
KEY TECH SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the role.
- Fluency in Spanish & English.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Experience in managing service orders and invoicing.
- Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions.
- Transparency, intellectual openness, and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent execution skills and ability to drive results.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Shift Timings – 09:00am to 06:00pm Spain Business Hours (Mon to Fri)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
