Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Sales Officer focused on digital lead generation and cross-selling loan products. The ideal candidate should have experience in fintech or financial services, with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms (calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM tools)
- Drive cross-selling of loan products to existing and new customers
- Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle from generation to conversion
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition (preferably in fintech/NBFC)
- Experience in loan sales (personal loan, business loan, etc.) i
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM systems
- Target-driven with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of lending products and customer lifecycle
- Experience in cross-selling financial products
- Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
