Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook South Indian à la carte dishes according to standard recipes.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Chef of inventory requirements.
Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Comply with all company SOPs and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in South Indian à la carte cooking.
Good knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
