Position: Site Civil Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare Measurement Books (MB), quantity calculations, and work records.
- Prepare and verify client bills, subcontractor bills, and RA (Running Account) bills.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and material consumption.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), quantities, and material reconciliation.
- Resolve site execution issues and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, billing, and measurements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–8 years of relevant site execution experience (or as applicable).
- Hands-on experience in measurement, billing, quantity estimation, and BOQ verification.
- Experience working on government projects (CPWD, PWD, NHIDCL, BRO, NHAI, or similar) will be preferred.
- Prior experience executing projects in hilly/mountainous terrain is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural, road, and building works.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, quality control procedures, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to stay at remote project locations and travel as required.
Mandatory Requirement
- Candidates must have prior site experience in mountainous/hilly regions.
- Experience in measurement, billing, and site execution is essential.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
