Job Role:
Lead the admissions team, oversee student recruitment and application processes, and ensure successful admissions across multiple study destinations, with a primary focus on the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the study abroad admissions team.
- Guide counselors on student recruitment and admissions processes.
- Oversee applications, documentation, and visa guidance.
- Monitor team performance and admission targets.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Coordinate with university partners and stakeholders.
- Resolve complex student and admission-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operations across all intakes and destinations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in study abroad admissions.
- Must have successfully handled at least 8 admission intakes, primarily for the UK, with exposure to other destinations such as Ireland, Australia, Canada, Europe, or New Zealand.
- Strong knowledge of university admissions and visa processes.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
