Job Title: Office Accountant & Administrator (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Accountant & Administrator with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting, office administration, and operational support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with CA for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Track project expenses and vendor payments.
Administration
- Manage office operations and administrative activities.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document filing systems.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office suppliers.
- Manage office inventory and procurement requirements.
- Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain databases.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist management with data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and company information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting and office administration.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in construction, architecture, interior design, or project-based businesses will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Compensation
- Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
