Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Candidates must have experience handling international customers from regions such as the US, UK, Australia, Canada, or other international markets.
- Prior experience in International BPO/KPO is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally over phone calls.
- Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts, if required.
Mandatory: Only candidates with International Voice Process experience will be considered.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
