Job Description:
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for talented Electrical Designers to join our dedicated team at our offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad.
Additional Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and update 3D BIM models for data center projects using software like Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.

Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (Architecture, S'Hucture, Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, and Fire Protection) to ensure model integration and C1 free designs.

Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software.

Ensure compliance with project-specific BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and client deliverables.

Create and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Define and enforce company and project BIM standards, protocols, and naming conventions.

Prepare and manage documentation for BIM workflows, processes, and quality control procedures.

Oversee data integration, exchange, and management within Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.

Ensure accurate and timely sharing of models and information with all stakeholders.

Provide technical support for BIM tools to team members and resolve software-related issues.

Train and mentor team members in BIM processes, software usage, and data management best practices.

Evaluate and recommend BIM tools, plugins, and technologies to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Collaborate with project managers and design leads to integrate BIM into project delivery timelines.

Support the preparation of project tenders by providing detailed BIM-based quantities and visualizations.

Monitor and report BIM deliverables' progress to stakeholders.

Maintain strict adherence to codes, standards, and client specifications related to data centers, such as TIA 942, ASHRAE, and local building codes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BE in Mechanical/Electrical with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Any other Certificate courses.
