Volume Zero Fashion is looking for a dynamic, creative, and performance-driven Advertising Head to lead our retail advertising, digital marketing, and e-commerce growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with strong expertise in fashion branding, online sales growth, and multi-channel advertising.
The Advertising Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns that strengthen brand presence, drive customer engagement, and increase online and offline sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdvertising & Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end advertising strategies aligned with Volume Zero Fashion’s brand identity
- Plan seasonal, festive, and product-launch campaigns for fashion retail
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (online & offline)
Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising
- Lead paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns for traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Oversee influencer marketing, collaborations, and social media promotions
- Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance
E-Commerce Growth
- Drive online sales through effective advertising and promotional strategies
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and customer acquisition
- Manage marketplace advertising (if applicable – Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)
Retail Advertising
- Plan in-store promotions, visual merchandising communication, and local retail ads
- Support retail sales growth through location-based and regional advertising
- Coordinate offline campaigns such as hoardings, print ads, events, and mall promotions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or brand management (fashion/retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of digital ads, social media marketing, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
