As we expand into premium hospitality, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel General Manager to lead our flagship property in Whitefield.
Position Summary
The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for the complete operation and profitability of the property. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, maintain exceptional guest satisfaction, optimize revenue, manage operational excellence, and build a high-performing team while ensuring PRO4Living's hospitality standards are consistently delivered.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security, and Guest Relations.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
- Handle VIP guests and customer escalations professionally.
- Monitor online reviews and maintain excellent ratings across all platforms.
- Build a culture of personalized hospitality.
Revenue & Business Performance
- Drive occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
- Control operational costs while maintaining premium service quality.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department heads and staff.
- Foster a positive work culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and leadership meetings.
- Build future leaders within the organization.
Sales & Marketing
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to maximize occupancy.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and branding initiatives.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, fire safety norms, health standards, and labor laws.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure adherence to PRO4Living hospitality standards.
Property Maintenance
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Maintain the property in excellent condition.
- Coordinate renovation and improvement projects when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 8–12+ years of hospitality experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years as a Hotel General Manager, Resident Manager, or Operations Head.
- Experience managing premium hotels, serviced apartments, or luxury hospitality brands.
- Strong financial and operational management expertise.
