ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the company’s business growth and customer acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with the ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into clients.
JOB TITLE: Sales Executive
DEPARTMENT: Sales & Business Development
LOCATION: Bhubaneswar & Cuttack
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through various sales channels.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
· Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to potential customers.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
· Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customers onboarding and support.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
· Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
