Freelance Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Freelance Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence, engage our audience and drive business growth through strategic social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
* Create, schedule and manage engaging content including posts, stories, reels and campaigns.
* Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
* Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for brand growth.
* Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments and build community engagement.
* Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
* Collaborate with the team to promote events, services and special campaigns.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 year experience
* Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and advertising tools.
* Experience running successful paid campaigns.
* Excellent communication and creative skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Portfolio or examples of previous work preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with hospitality, events, lifestyle or community-focused brands.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
* Basic photography and video editing skills.
Compensation:
Freelance compensation will be discussed based on experience, skills and project scope.
