The engineer actively oversees the progress of development tasks and ensures that the applications are tailored to the specific requirements of the organization, fostering collaboration and innovation throughout the process.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application engineering.
