Own Proust's day-to-day presence — Instagram, LinkedIn, creator relationships, and the founder's personal brand.

About Proust Fragrances
Proust Fragrances is a fast-growing Indian D2C perfume brand built on serious fragrance quality (30% fragrance oil concentration) and a distinct, design-led brand identity. We're a small, founder-led team, every hire has real ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
— Keep Instagram active daily — posting, Stories, and genuine engagement (commenting on relevant/viral reels, replying to DMs and comments)
— Identify and reach out to fragrance reviewers and content creators on an ongoing basis; coordinate product sends and follow-ups
— Plan and maintain a content calendar; ensure videos/reels go live on schedule (we have a team who will be making the content, you have to manage it)
— Coordinate photoshoots — scheduling, briefs, on-ground support with photographers/models
— Support founder-led/personal branding content — ideas, scripting, filming support, posting cadence
— Initiate different marketing ideas and practise tools to increase sales
— Keep LinkedIn (personal and brand) active and updated
— Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns (e.g. Diwali) and support execution
— Track what's working — basic reporting on engagement and follower growth
What We're Looking For
— 6 months–2 years of hands-on social media/content experience (internships count)
— A portfolio or existing accounts (brand or personal) showing real content and engagement work
— Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone to a brand voice
— Comfortable reaching out to strangers (creators, reviewers) and following up without hand-holding
— Organized — can manage a content calendar and multiple moving pieces without things slipping
Nice to Have
— Interest in fragrance/beauty space
— Basic photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Reels editing)
— Experience with influencer outreach specifically
