CubeCrete AAC Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our Plant HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Mannivakkam, Chennai.
If you have a strong background in Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Payroll, and Factory HR, we'd love to hear from you.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in Human Resources
- Mandatory experience in a manufacturing/factory environment
- Strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Personnel Management, and Labour Laws
Qualification
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred
Preferred Language Skills
- Tamil (Mandatory)
- Hindi (Preferred)
- English (Mandatory)
- Malayalam (Added Advantage)
Salary ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
