What would you do? Proposal Management Senior Analyst Proposal Management supports proposal development and coordination activities within Accenture s Sales Excellence Proposal Management capability. With relevant experience in proposal support, content coordination, and document management, the Senior Analyst independently handles core proposal tasks and works closely with Proposal Managers on larger or more complex bids. This role builds strong working knowledge of the RFx lifecycle and prepares the individual for broader proposal ownership over time. You are organized, detail-focused, and confident handling day-to-day proposal coordination in a fast-paced environment. You know how to keep tasks moving, work effectively with different contributors, and maintain quality under tight timelines. You are a dependable team member who can manage core support activities independently while continuing to build broader proposal management capability.
What are we looking for? Core Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in proposal support, with a strong focus on business writing and proposal content management • Practical experience in RFx processes and proposal management within an IT or professional services environment • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation, data management, reporting and presentations • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage tight timelines and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Industry experience in IT, professional services, or a related field is preferred Preferred Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in proposal coordination, including managing cross-functional contributors, timelines, and submission compliance • At least 3 years of writing experience supporting proposal development and bid responses, with strong attention to clarity, consistency, and messaging • Experience in business, technical, or creative writing, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and purposes • Hands-on experience in RFx processes and proposal management within an IT or professional services environment • Working knowledge of collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools for document management and team coordination • Good understanding and appreciation of AI-enabled productivity and content support tools used in proposal development, with the ability to apply them to improve efficiency and quality • Demonstrates openness to contributing to the company’s success, with a proactive and collaborative mindset • Able to work effectively in a virtual or distributed team, collaborating smoothly with stakeholders across different locations and time zones
Roles and Responsibilities: Proposal Coordination • Assist in creating RFx outlines, document templates, and proposal folder structures • Coordinate team meetings, manage calendar invites, and maintain action/decision logs • Track proposal milestones and send timely reminders to contributors • Format, assemble, and perform quality checks on proposal documents per brand guidelines • Manage version control and maintain organised shared drive / SharePoint proposal repositories • Support production activities: printing, binding, uploading, and submission logistics Content Support • Source boilerplate and reusable content from Content Management repositories • Apply basic editing and proofreading to ensure grammar, consistency, and formatting compliance • Assist in preparing presentation decks for orals, site visits, and client workshops • Populate standard proposal sections (company profile, credentials, team bios) using approved content Collaboration Tools & Workspace Management • Set up and maintain proposal workspaces on SharePoint, Teams, and collaboration portals • Facilitate file sharing, access permissions, and version tracking across geographically dispersed teams • Support virtual meeting logistics including recording, transcription, and distribution of notes •Key Competencies: • Attention to Detail • Calendar & Task Management • MS Office Proficiency • Written Communication • Team Collaboration • Process Adherence • Learning Agility
