Position: Lead Data Migration Engineer
Experience: 8–12 Years
Locations: Noida | Pune | Bangalore | Jaipur
Core Skills: ETL | Azure Databricks | SQL | Data Migration
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead end-to-end data migration projects—from planning through production deployment
✅ Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for large datasets
✅ Build and optimize migration solutions using Azure Databricks
✅ Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
✅ Implement data survivorship and deduplication rules
✅ Identify and resolve data migration quality issues
✅ Collaborate with business users and QA teams
✅ Create migration strategies, mapping documents, and technical documentation
✅ Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Data Migration and ETL
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
Expertise in ETL tools and SQL
Strong knowledge of data profiling, data quality, reconciliation, and validation
Experience implementing survivorship and deduplication logic
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Master Data Management (MDM)
Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Azure Synapse Analytics
Apache Spark
Agile delivery experience
