We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our steel products to industrial, construction, fabrication, infrastructure, and trading customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, sheets, coils, pipes, and related products.
- Generate sales leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, fabricators, distributors, dealers, and industrial clients.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution and payment collection.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in civil engineering or related field.
- 1–5 years of sales experience, preferably in steel, metal, construction materials, or industrial products.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good knowledge of steel products and market dynamics is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
