Key Responsibilities
Backend Development: Build server-side logic and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and manage data exchange between servers and users.
Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Collaboration: Work with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Testing & Debugging: Write testable, efficient code, perform unit tests, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Core Technical: Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and asynchronous programming.
Frameworks & Tools: Experience with Express.js, Koa, or similar frameworks.
Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
API Development: Experience designing and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
Environment: Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Heroku.
