About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead and execute end-to-end B2B marketing initiatives for our security and AI solutions business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in demand generation, digital marketing, brand positioning, and enterprise marketing within technology-driven industries.
This role requires a result-oriented professional who can drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, support business growth, and build a strong market presence across enterprise and smart city segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for security and AI-based solutions
- Drive demand generation initiatives for CCTV, ELV systems, surveillance solutions, and AI analytics platforms
- Build strong brand positioning and expand market presence in enterprise and smart city sectors
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and performance marketing
- Generate qualified leads and contribute to sales pipeline growth
- Create and manage technical marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product collateral
- Manage partner and channel marketing programs, including co-branded campaigns and promotional activities
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, PR activities, and industry networking events
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, customer behavior, and industry trends
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring effective collaboration with sales and business teams
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaign execution
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Strong experience in technology, security solutions, CCTV, ELV systems, or AI-based products/services preferred
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management
- Experience in enterprise marketing and smart city projects will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of SEO, LinkedIn campaigns, and performance marketing tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
