ROLE PURPOSE
VBU coordinator is a high value add role. This will be a very critical role in terms of getting the right numbers regarding Financials by virtue of managing the demand & supply of resources and managing the bench at lowest possible cost yet delivering to the demands of project resource needs at the desired speed
Resource will also be responsible to make sure that individuals are fairly upskilled & cross-skilled in their roles & beyond that to suit the cliend demands

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operating within a position of key business importance, the Project Controller will be expected to carry out the following:

Own New Hire requests, joining formalities - on-boarding, Bench, develop lead indicators for Bench & Yet to join - make sure that bench/idle time at any given point of time is not more that 2 weeks

Come-up with a comprehensive & meaninful training calendar which is business driven

PMO - ODC Projects to adhere to Quest Global GPF - Global Project Management Framework & SPP - Stra-up Prpgram Process

Timesheet discipline within the Delivery Organization – Fill & Submit Quest Global Timesheet on behalf of Engineers who are deputed at Customer site

Ensure Quest timesheets are in accordance with timesheet on Customer portal
-
Zero difference between Customer Approved Timesheet & Quest Global Timesheet on Pulse
-
Assist Senior PMO-PC’s (Project Controllers) in assisting project creation, financial task creation, bill rate assignment, resource management and time-sheet reconciliation in MS Project Ops (Pulse) for designated customer accounts

Assist Project Leaders & Senior Project Controllers in MS Project Ops (Pulse) activities across the project life-cycle

Maintain project financial hygiene such as revenue at risk, unearned revenue, unbilled revenue, On Time Invoicing (OTI) minimizing write offs

Responsible for Assisting the overall monitoring and reporting of project performance
PRINCIPAL INTERFACES
RMG both Semico & Central
Learning & Development Team - Central function & Semico Horizontal Leads
VDL, DP, Program Leads & VBU PMO's
Revenue, Invoicing, Costing, Oracle DB Team, HR) to ensure business objectives are achieved and approved in accordance with requirements.
