Experience: 2–3 Years of Team Handling Experience in Bangalore Real Estate Market

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales advisors
- Drive site visits, bookings, and monthly revenue targets
- Mentor and motivate the team to achieve high performance
- Monitor sales funnel and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with developers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in Bangalore real estate sales
- Minimum 2–3 years of managerial/team handling experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle pressure and drive closures
