Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Business Development to lead a team of Business Development Associates/Executives in driving student enrollments and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, counseling, or business development within the EdTech sector and possess strong leadership and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Associates to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales processes effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM updates, and reporting standards.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
Requirements
- 1.5–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Academic Counseling within the EdTech industry.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
