Details
- Pay: $100/month
- Type: Task-based (no time tracking)
- Hours: Flexible (work assigned as needed)

Role
You will support admin tasks, research, data management, and basic WordPress updates. Workload varies. You are expected to complete tasks promptly once assigned.
Core Work
- Follow SOPs and instructions exactly
- Research properties and online data
- Enter and manage data (spreadsheets/CRM)
- Update WordPress pages (no coding)
- Assist with basic SEO tasks (training provided)
- Perform comps on properties
- Use tools like ChatGPT to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform numerous other tasks as requested
Requirements (Strict)
- High attention to detail
- Self-directed (no supervision needed)
- Consistent and dependable
- Clear written English
- Able to follow instructions exactly
- Comfortable using WordPress

Important Applicant Requirement
This position is for one individual Virtual Assistant only. I am not hiring through agencies, staffing companies, VA teams, or applicants who intend to have another person assist with, share, subcontract, or complete any part of the work.
The person hired for this role must be the same person who:
- communicates with me directly
- completes all the assignments personally
- follows instructions and SOPs carefully
- checks their own work before submission
- takes responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the final result
I am specifically looking for someone who works with an owner-minded / manager-minded approach, not someone who simply completes tasks mechanically without reviewing the work, asking clarifying questions when needed, or thinking through the final outcome.
If you are part of an agency, plan to pass work to another person, rely on a team to complete assignments, or are looking for a role where you only execute tasks without taking ownership of quality, this position is not a fit.
