We're looking for an experienced Lead – Supply Chain to manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations for EPC projects, ensuring timely material availability, cost optimization, and efficient project execution. The role also involves leading and mentoring a team of 3–4 experienced Purchase Officers, overseeing workload allocation, monitoring team performance, and driving procurement best practices through strategic sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive end-to-end procurement for multiple EPC projects, from RFQs and vendor selection to purchase order issuance, logistics, and material delivery.
Review and validate comparative statements and commercial evaluations before management approval.
Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial terms, and establish long-term supplier partnerships.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project schedules while minimizing supply risks.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve category-wise vendor panels, pricing benchmarks, and supplier performance records.
Monitor procurement KPIs, vendor delivery performance, and material availability across all assigned projects.
Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Project Execution, Stores, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Resolve procurement escalations, vendor issues, commercial disputes, and supply chain bottlenecks proactively.
Drive cost optimization, alternate sourcing, process improvements, and procurement best practices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, documentation standards, ERP processes, and internal controls.
Foster knowledge sharing, succession planning, and continuous capability development within the procurement team.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 experienced Purchase Officers, ensuring effective workload distribution, guidance, and performance management.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech) Mechanical preferred, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Functional Skills 10–15 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain within EPC, Infrastructure, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Projects, Renewable Energy, or Capital Equipment industries. Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading procurement teams. Strong commercial negotiation, strategic sourcing, vendor development, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience handling multiple projects and leading procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
