Location: Okhla NSIC, Delhi | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment across 18+ cities.
2. Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
3. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely hiring.
4. Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee induction.
5. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
6. Support HR operations, attendance, MIS, and HR documentation.
What We're Looking For
1. 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/HR.
2. Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
3. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
5. Experience with high-volume hiring is preferred.
