Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage customer inquiries and provide excellent service. The candidate should have strong communication skills and must be fluent in Kannada to effectively communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records and update databases regularly
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Meet customer service targets and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Kannada is mandatory
- Good communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and patience while handling customers
Educational Qualification
- Any Degree / Plus Two with relevant experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
