Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers based on business requirements.
· Evaluate vendor capabilities, quality standards, pricing, and delivery performance.
· Build strong supplier relationships for long-term collaboration and conduct vendor audits and assessments.
· Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
· Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams.
· Monitor vendor performance using KPIs such as quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
· Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and shortages, and maintain the vendor database and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in vendor development, sourcing, or supply chain.
· Knowledge of supplier management and procurement processes.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (Tally, etc. preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
