We are hiring enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team at The Novello Globe Hotels And Resorts Pvt Ltd. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales. Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
- Maintain customer data and call records.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments or demos.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.
- Support senior team members in campaign activities.
Requirements:
- Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
- Basic computer and telephone handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Prior internship or tele calling experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
