Job Description – Education Counsler
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Candidate for the position of Education Counsler with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Job Location: Mohali
Preferred local candidates from Mohali/Tricity region.
Salary: As per Industry standard.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally provide proper counselling to Students .
Counsel Students regarding Courses, Programs, placements, or services.
Follow up with Leads and maintain regular Communication.
Maintain Call Records and update data in CRM.
Coordinate with the Internal Team for Scheduling and support.
Achieve Daily/Weekly Calling and Counselling Targets.
Build positive Relationships with Students and Parents/Guardians.
Requirements
Candidate with 2–3 years of experience in Counselling, Customer support, or admissions/placements etc.
Good Communication and Convincing Skills in English & Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Computer Operations.
Positive Attitude, Professional Behavior, and Follow-up Skills.
Ability to work Independently and on targets.

Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹30,766.31 per month
