Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and experience in hotel front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
- Handle room reservations, inquiries, and guest requests.
- Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk correspondence.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office operations.
- Knowledge of PMS software is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle guest interactions professionally.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
