* Purchase Manager / Purchase Executive*

*Job Summary*
We are looking for a Purchase Manager / Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities for UPS systems, batteries, electrical components, solar products, and related materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, price negotiation, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely availability of materials for projects and service requirements.
* Key Responsibilities*
- Source and procure materials as per company requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Projects, and Stores teams for material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain procurement records in Tally.
- Compare quotations and select suitable vendors.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of purchased materials.

* Qualification*
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–8 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Experience in UPS, Electrical, Solar, Battery, or Power Backup industry preferred.
- Preferred Candidate
- Experience in procurement of UPS systems, batteries, electrical components, cables, or solar products.
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle urgent procurement requirements and delivery follow-ups.
