We are looking for a warm, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher who can provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. The teacher will be responsible for developing children’s foundational academic, social, emotional, physical, and communication skills through play-based and activity-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate, engaging classroom activities.
- Develop foundational skills in language, numeracy, general awareness, motor skills, and communication.
- Use stories, rhymes, music, art, role-play, games, puppets, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Encourage children to develop independence, confidence, sharing, cooperation, and good manners.
- Support children in developing fine and gross motor skills through creative and physical activities.
- Observe and document each child’s learning, behaviour, interests, and developmental progress.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support.
- Teach and reinforce basic routines such as cleanliness, hygiene, classroom discipline, and self-care.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom experiences.
- Prepare worksheets, learning materials, displays, and classroom resources.
- Organise and participate in celebrations, assemblies, field trips, competitions, and school events.
- Maintain a well-organised and visually stimulating classroom.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and the academic team.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree with NTT / Montessori / ECCE / D.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior experience working with young children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, warmth, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Creative approach to teaching and classroom activities.
- Good classroom-management skills.
- Ability to understand and respond to the developmental needs of young children.
- Comfortable using basic technology and digital learning resources.
- Presentable, enthusiastic, responsible, and child-friendly.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
