Role: Inside Sales Executive – Hospital Based Fellowship Program

We are seeking dynamic Inside Sales Executives to drive enrolments for our Hospital Based Fellowship Programs. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them toward suitable fellowship opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, ensuring a positive and consultative sales experience.
Engage with prospective learners via calls, emails, and digital platforms to promote fellowship programs.
Understand candidate needs and recommend appropriate hospital-based fellowship courses.
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, and closure.
Build strong relationships with hospital partners and learners to ensure smooth onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure learner satisfaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to understand healthcare professionals’ career needs and match them with program offerings.
Target-driven mindset with resilience and adaptability.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or healthcare education sales preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or customer engagement, preferably in EdTech or healthcare.
