- Production Planning: Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules to meet market demand while optimizing batch yields.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes rigidly follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), OSHA, and local pollution control regulations.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with QA/QC teams to investigate deviations, troubleshoot process anomalies, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage shift chemists and production operators, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with engineering to schedule preventative maintenance, minimizing equipment downtime in reactors and filtration systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: 10–15 years of progressive experience in API, bulk drug, or specialty chemical batch manufacturing.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency in process scaling, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), and handling hazardous chemicals
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
