IT - HIMS (Hospital Information Management System)
Salary – 30,000/- To 50,000/- (Depend Interview)
Experience – 3–4 years of experience in HIMS and IT infrastructure management
Qualification – bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
*Key Responsibilities*
- HIMS (Hospital Information Management System)
- Configure, deploy, and maintain HIMS modules across hospital departments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Integrate HIMS with LIS, RIS, PACS, EMR, and other healthcare systems.
- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet hospital requirements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards (HL7, DICOM, NABH, HIPAA).
- Conduct training sessions and prepare SOPs/user manuals.
- Monitor system performance, optimize efficiency, and minimize downtime.
- Infrastructure
- Manage hospital IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, storage, voice and networking equipment.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Support end-user devices (PCs, printers, medical equipment connectivity).
- Ensure data backup, and business continuity planning.
- Collaborate with vendors for upgrades, patches, and infrastructure enhancements.
*Desired Skills & Qualifications*
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HIMS and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL / Oracle), application development (Python / Java), networking, and system administration.
- Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with end user support, and backup solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver immediate solutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
