Primary Montessori Teacher (Age Group: 3–6 Years)
Location: Vruksha International School of Montessori – Velachery,
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Montessori Teacher to guide children aged 3–6 years in a prepared Montessori environment. The ideal candidate should foster independence, curiosity, and a love for learning while supporting each child's holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver authentic Montessori lessons for children aged 3–6 years.
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori classroom.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and developmental milestones.
- Encourage independence, concentration, and self-directed learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, professional development, and training sessions.
- Maintain classroom records and ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- AMI, IMTC, or any recognized Montessori certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Prior experience teaching children aged 3–6 years is preferred.
- Freshers with Montessori certification and a passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Patient, energetic, creative, and passionate about working with young children.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Montessori philosophy.
